A number of Dundalk fixtures have been rescheduled to accommodate coverage on the WATCHLOI service over the coming weeks.
In order to allow fans to watch as many matches as possible, the games are being staggered for the first half of the season with two games each Friday evening and three on a Saturday evening.
The changes mean that Dundalk’s league opener away to Sligo Rovers on Saturday March 20th will take place at 6pm.
The club’s first league match at Oriel Park against Finn Harps on Friday March 26th has also been brought forward to a 5.45pm kick-off although there is a good chance this match will be postponed due to international call-ups with Raivis Jurkovskis and Sonni Nattestad expected to be named in the Latvian and Faroe Islands squads for their World Cup qualifying matches at the end of the month.
Dundalk’s third match, away to Shamrock Roves on April 2nd, will go ahead as planned at 7.45pm on RTÉ Two, as will the visit of Bohemians to Oriel Park a week later.
The games against St Patrick’s Athletic and Drogheda Utd have been moved to Saturday evenings at 6pm on April 17th and April 24th respectively. In between Dundalk will travel to the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium to face Derry City on Tuesday April 20th.
The trip to face Waterford on Friday April 30th is unchanged but the game away to Longford Town in Bishopsgate on Monday May 3rd will now have a 5.45pm kick-off.
WATCHLOI half-season passes will be available to purchase from 2pm today (Tuesday) from watchloi.ie
